    Closeboard Gates

    Our Closeboard Gates can be hung as a single gate or as a pair. They are priced per leaf, therefore if you require a pair please select 2 gates on ordering. Our gates are made with a joinery grade timber, planed redwood timber for the brace work which are fully morticed and tenoned. We clad our gates with 100mm wide Featheredge boards.

    Estate (Horned) Five Bar Gate (Green)

    Our Horned Gates make for an impressive entrance gate, with its extended curved hanging stile the classic design, Tapered top bar with superior hanging stile joined using traditional hardwood stop dowelled mortice & tenon joints. Reinforced by an extended diagonal brace. Made from specially selected timber with fewer smaller knots resulting in a more stable gate. Planed smooth finish. Stainless steel fittings. Gates under 4’6‘’ wide will not have the extended stile and cross brace.
