All Capping is fully pressure treated. Each cap has a 2 Way Weather point (2WW on the peak of the cap) We supply Flat or Moulded Capping. Flat is the bottom of the cap to sit on top of Featheredge boarding or panels. Moulded capping is a rebated cap, with a 2WW top. The rebate allows the cap to sit around the Featheredge boarding.

Our Closeboard Gates can be hung as a single gate or as a pair. They are priced per leaf, therefore if you require a pair please select 2 gates on ordering. Our gates are made with a joinery grade timber, planed redwood timber for the brace work which are fully morticed and tenoned. We clad our gates with 100mm wide Featheredge boards.

Our Horned Gatesmake for an impressive entrance gate, with its extended curved hanging stile the classic design, Tapered top bar with superior hanging stile joined using traditional hardwood stop dowelled mortice & tenon joints. Reinforced by an extended diagonal brace. Made from specially selected timber with fewer smaller knots resulting in a more stable gate. Planed smooth finish. Stainless steel fittings. Gates under 4’6‘’ wide will not have the extended stile and cross brace.

If you require panels which are showing out of stock you can still place an order. Please allow 1 week for stock to be available.
Our Closeboard Panels are all fully pressure treated. These are constructed with 125 x 22 (2ex) Featheredge boarding – running vertically.
All panels are 1.828 (6′) in length and the size variation is the height of the panels. Please note the trellis panels are sold separately.
